All wines must have been made by the exhibitor by the process of fermentation. Fortification is not allowed.
 
OFFICIAL LABELS: To be attached 1” (2.5cms) from the bottom of the bottle. [available on the staging tables]. Bottle labels to indicate type/variety of contents.
BOTTLES: Wine must be exhibited in clear glass 75cl capacity bottles.
TASTING: Exhibits may not be tasted or interfered with in any way whilst they are on the show bench, either by the exhibitor or any other person, unless accompanied by a member of the Committee.
