Trip to RHS Bridgewater

As part of our affiliation with the RHS, the society enjoyed hosting a trip to RHS Garden Bridgewater on Saturday 20th September.

Return coach travel was arranged for 39 people, both members and non-members, from Disley and High Lane to the garden in Salford.

Opened in May 2021, the site is the newest RHS garden, and features a large walled garden, kitchen garden, Chinese streamside garden, as well as various lakes, glasshouses and wooded areas. Despite the heavy rain (all day!) it was a very enjoyable outing by all who attended - if you still haven't visited, it is definitely worth making the effort.
